Military 15, saeed bin Suroor is dreaming of Classic glory using his Stakes winner.
The New Approach colt, out of the Bin Suroor-trained Group One-winning mare Punctilious, maintained his unbeaten record on Future Champions Day at Newmarket.
While hes likely to spend the winter in Dubai, he is not currently anticipated to race in the Carnival – and Derby from the pipeline.
Hes come out of this race well – hes happy and fresh, said Bin Suroor.
Hes a big, powerful horse – plus it was fine how he ended his race. Hes a horse for the next year.
Hell head to Dubai, I believe, but I am not sure were going to run him . It depends what other horses weve got.
All of the basic races on the market, the Guineas Trial, the Guineas and the Derby are on dirt – so well see what else we have.
He is a great colt. Because he was weak early, he is improved. He had just two weeks between his races that he improved a great deal – hes more powerful.
Hell be coming back to England next season and look at the Classics and the Dante.
Another juvenile at the stable is that the filly White Moonlight, who has also won both races this season – however she does have the Carnival on her agenda.
Bin Suroor stated:White Moonlight will head out into Dubai – because shes bred more for its dirt, being by Medaglia dOro.
We will look at a trial after which the (UAE) Guineas for her prior to the Oaks. Well see perhaps not or if she is good enough.
Ive got some better two-year-olds this year than recently.
