Nathan Jones: Stoke manager vows to fight for success

Stoke City manager Nathan Jones insists despite not recording a win in their first 10 Championship games this year, hell struggle to succeed in the club.
Before directing the Hatters to at the very top of League One the Welshman arrived from Luton after winning promotion from League Two.
However, Jones has won only four of his 34 matches responsible for the Potters and they also suffered a 1-0 defeat at home night, leaving these three points adrift at the floor.
Regardless of their winless start to the effort, Jones insists he will try to be successful at the club.
He said on Thursday:After the game on Tuesday there was a lot of emotion and that I wear my heart on my sleeve. Say the very exact things that I already have and I didnt wish to come out.
I speak to the owners all the time and they are amazing. They understand the job I do and Im a fighter. I have spoken to them. I know they are fully behind me and want me to succeed. I just need to repay that faith.
Im a strong, hard-working supervisor and front up things. For however long Im here I will do this. Get that first win and it might be a step in the ideal direction.
Stoke have a test on Saturday when they travel to confront league-leaders Swansea.
Jones stays positive about his sides chances from the Welsh group and thinks his players are able to escape the circumstance.
He added:We always put out to win games. We will attempt to find ways be skeptical of what Swansea City provide but also to become more creative at the weekend.
When I believed that the gamers were not with me I wouldnt be sat here now. I understand theyre. Some are currently going through a challenging time at the moment, however I do not think theres a scarcity of work-rate.
Everyone must step up regardless of the supervisor. We must start now. Nothing is wrong, it margins.
My job is not to worry about myself but also to get effects. I must lead as a supervisor. I really dont shirk responsibility and I am up for the fight. Because I believe it could turn about I really dont wish to provide up here. I know the owners patience will not last forever
