A brand new #20m investment in womens cricket will assist the gap closes around Australia, states its director Clare Connor.
England struggled in the summers multi-format Womens Ashes series, which Australia won to retain the trophy.
The cash will fund 40 new fulltime specialist contracts and help grow all regions of the womens match.
